My view overlooking downtown Fort Worth is absolutely breathtaking, and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. “THE BEST apartment community I have been in! Highly recommend! The pros: very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, stores, etc within a mile or two. The train is really close as well. Made going to Dallas and the airport a breeze! The building was always clean and well maintained and parking was simple; overall quiet area. The best part of this complex, though, was the staff. The people in the office and the service technicians were the most professional, kind, and organized group! If nothing else, lease with them for the people! I moved in February, completely new to Fort Worth, leaving my hometown was a big leap for me, but The Phoenix has made the transition feel seamless and welcoming. From the beginning, Kimberlee was amazing. She gave me a thorough tour of the complex and the unit I ultimately chose. She was incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. “Moving into The Phoenix in Downtown Fort Worth was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance staff, Trey and Aaron, are incredibly helpful. I had minor issues at move-in that were fixed in less than 24 hours. The gym is really nice and has everything you need to skip going elsewhere most days. I even noticed something that needed repair, and it was corrected very quickly. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Plus, the easy access to the freeway makes commuting a breeze. Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to call home!”

“I have been living here for about 4 years, and like most apartment complexes it has its pros and cons. But one pro, by far, is Trey the maintenance man. He is always prompt, helpful, and genuinely nice. A positive that’s hard to experience on a tour.”

“Staff that goes above and beyond ✨ My first weekend at the Phoenix- Trey saw me walking the dogs and introduced himself. I also accidentally got myself locked out of- not only the complex ( which hooray for safety measures that are taken to keep us safe), but my apartment itself. Allison noticed me stressed and confused and immediately offered her assistance to get me back into the building and home. First impressions are everything. “I am a 4 year+ resident of The Phoenix. I have lived in multiple apartments in the building. You’ll struggle to find another place that balances price, amenities, location, and staff / service like the Phoenix does. For me, The most important part of a community is cleanliness. It’s always clean, and if a mess pops up it’s gone within hours of the staff arriving. It’s safe and I’m comfortable with my wife being alone here when I travel, mainly because the management doesn’t tolerate problems from other residents and guests. “An apartment complex so wonderful, with the most solid staff we’ve ever encountered- that we’ve recommended our grandmother move in to. My husband and I have lived here sine 2020 and intend to renew our lease. The apartment complex itself isn’t even what sold us. It was the staff. The Phoenix was the first complex we looked at that felt so genuine. I remember we were seated in the lobby, 3 residents walked in and out with their dogs. “I lived here for over 5 years and it was the best apartment complex that I’ve lived at. The amenities, location, maintenance and staff are all great. Convenient location for all the best local spots in Ft Worth as well as easy access to the interstate. Maintenance was extremely responsive and the facilities are well maintained, it shows in the details.”

“My husband and I lived at the Phoenix for almost five years. We saw a shift in management during the last two years. The maintenance staff was amazing (10/10), and they were one of the reasons we were sad to leave. Troy went out of his way to help, even coming to our apartment after hours to fix a broken knob in the tub. The maintenance people on the phone guided us through turning off the water in our apartment until he could arrive. We noticed some inconsistencies regarding paid parking versus unpaid parking. The garage project took almost eight months to complete, making parking very difficult and frustrating during that time. Our cars were almost hit multiple times from people speeding…
